RECALL: Maadanei Miki Hummus!

Maadanei Miki is notifying the public that Listeria monocytegenes was discovered in their 800gm packages of hummus with the expiration dates 7 May 2014 and 28 May 2014.

Maadanei Miki is collecting these products from the shelves but if you purchased this product, do not eat it.  Please contact Maadanei Miki by phone at 1-700-50-55-40 or 03-9616283 or by email at SERVICES@MIKIDELI.CO.IL to return the product and get a replacement.

Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious disease in high-risk populations such as pregnant women, the elderly, and the immunocompromised.  It may cause abortions in pregnant women.  For more information, please go to the CDC web site.
