This doesn’t have to do with food, but the Misrad HaCalcala posted these interesting statistics that I wanted to share. The OECD is the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. It is considered a group of the developed countries in the world, and they frequently put out statistics comparing different countries on different subjects. For example, they ranked Israel’s primary care health care very high compared with the other nations and last month they put out a considerably detailed economic survey of Israel which is very interesting reading. I also reported a while back about their review of the price regulation of agricultural products in September.
